"Untagged" as a default tag

You wrote your post proudly, but forgot to attach any tags. The post quietly goes to die in chaotic oblivion. If instead, though, every post was tagged as "untagged" by default, at least it would be easy to catch all the untagged culprits and set them straight at some point in the nefarious future. As of now, there is no way to find such lost orphaned souls, is there?
