Get your Web 2.0 on

Ok, but how? I've seen some posts touting a miriad of web 2.0 hookups in the footer of every post: digg, facebook, delicious, god knows what else. How do you put them in? Is that done on a post-by-post basis, or is it possible to "set it and forget it" for the whole blog? For all blogs under one's account?
