Link tagging / aggregation

Ok, so you have lots of links you interperse (not a word) throughout your blog, if that's the kind of blog that does that. Shouldn't there be a way to aggregate all the links in one place? Maybe have some button: "Link Index" or something that takes you to the complete list of links. The links would be tagged with tags from the blogs in which they appeared, so there is a glimpse of order in the whole thing. Furthermore, that "Links" section you can add to your blog (I will, I will, all in due time) - should get some tag treatment in its own right. Have a way to parse links out categorically? E.g. here are my medicine links... and here are the carwash links... stuff like that.
