"Delete Post" / "Manage Posts" buttons

Another layout kink to be ironed out. So, you've clicked on "Edit Post" pencil shortcut. Then what? There is no easy way to get to "Manage Posts" or "Delete Post." Why? Just put those buttons right in-between "Edit Posts" and "Moderate Comments" and you are good to go. No need to poke through "Dashboard." Speaking of Dashboard, since we are on the subject of missing buttons, where's the button for Dashboard when you are viewing your blog's front page? The only way to get at is click "New Post" and only then "Dashboard." Unless, of course, you are in the know, and click the bravely orange "B" on the left.
