If you have false teeth

then wash your hands first, then take your teeth out. It's that simple. Not only will you be taking your teeth out with freshly cleaned hands, but you'll be wearing your teeth some precious moments longer while you are washing said hands, allowing your teeth do whatever it is they need to do.
