Take me to the front

By that I mean, when the post is published successfully, please take me directly to "View Blog" and display an optional notification bar, like you do in gmail, etc. saying "Your post was successfully posted" or something like that. You can even include "Edit this post" link in that notification, if you want (esp. useful for posts that were updated, so they may not show up at the top of the blog and are not very easy to get to). After 5 seconds the notification bar quietly disappears, as per usual.
