Selective privacy

You are an open kinda guy but we can't let privacy die, so once in a while, it's good to check our senses by posting in private. Is there a way to make an individual post private rather than the whole blog? Is there a way to have a mystic collaborator blog co-author who posts anonymously? I didn't think so.
