They did carry over but as technorarti tags, not the regular kind.  No way to update blog post?  Would be reposted?  There is a way, never mind.  False alarm.  The time appears funny though - as HMS.  False alarm again - it's supposed to appear that way, it's relational.  And you need to save the document before you update document based blog.
